I think the other issue is because the board are now looking @ offers they will find it very difficult to discuss company with analysts or large shareholders...but patience will be needed here.
I can't see them not finding a buyer @ these levels even with the debt.
The one thing to remember about this debt is that the bankers to the company are obviously comfortable otherwise there is no way know they would increase the facility and CDR would have done a placement or rights issue to fund its ongoing business which is clearly not the case.
I remain happy to continue to buy at these levels and the SP should be back into the 50's in quick time where it is probably worth right now !
