It would be all speculation on my behalf

Noble the likely suspect given they have propped up Aspire for some time

Without checking the Anns for exact figures i think they own around %20 of Aspire after the Nuurstei deal . (please check yourself)

So if they were to crash the Pattersons deal and step in as underwriters could they become a majority holder?

Did they offer to fund the recap and were denied?

Serious volume today so someone has had ( is having) a decent crack!

All pure speculation, happy to be proven wrong
