At this stage - joining the ...... dots of Huayou's uneasiness, ML's latest fare value, drilling's postponement for 2 weeks, the withdrawal of resolution 6 and Echof's travel delay - I see room being set for improvement in the negotiating arena and a +/- 70c TO by the deepest pockets, before Christmas.
