I find it interesting that nearly a week post the date there are almost 200 auctions where there is still no data available. I would think a large % of these did not sell, as most agents want the publicity of a sale.
It looks as if a larger % are accepting offers prior to auction, with those going to auction selling just over 400 against 537 withdrawn (no, or single registered bidder), or passed in.
This the now looking like a trend. Thee results will put pressure on prices and the Nov data will be released about the first week of December. Keep an eye out for the data.
