LPD was always going to make an alliance. Almost all the lithium companies that succeed did so through an alliance and our BoD know that. But further, we aren't mining yet. We don't have the micas to supply a plant. But loads of others do and are doing nothing with it (because they can't). We were always going to partner with someone to build a plant and process their micas. This was always how we would grow and fund our own projects. From a business perspective it's objectively the best move. Our alliance isn't exclusive either. We lose nothing. So why ally? Because it's smart and we're not so cocky as to deny ourselves business and growth opportunities.
