The Govt should, IMHO, if they have not already done so, seriously look into the matter and streamline ALL APPROVAL PROCESSES. When that is implemented and the "waiting" period is significantly reduced, I would be bold enough to say the investments in the mining sector would increase many folds from both local and foreign investors. Tax incentives, though helpful, are but icing on the cake.
