I've owned shares in several companies that did CRs, whether it is good or bad remains to be seen - the market will decide when it starts to trade again. If a company is not making money and did a CR to keep going, that's bad, there's no value added for shareholders. If on the other hand it does a CR for something like a strategic acquisition, that's usually good.

The positive thing here is it will be fast as it is only being offered to instititutional investors. The worst kind is where they drag it out and go to the market and all shareholders, IMO. Most times when they do that, the share price drops back to whatever the CR offer price is.

So we wait for news and for it to start trading again to see what happens.
