I am talking about the difference between tax on trading profits and tax on CGT profits (if there is a difference).
I was told that after 45 (but could be 42 !?!) profits are counted as CGT.
ps.
With dividends it is 45 days plus 1 day each for the buy and sell so 47 in total or 45 full days.
