No issue, no problem. Filing last Fri (Sat our time) as said by s/guts but not official until formally accepted (in writing) by FDA. Expect this any moment (perhaps even before trading today - 2 business days should have been enough for FDA to issue letter of acceptance).

So no need for disappointment. Good news week - with filing (now only 86 days max - and probably much less - to first FDA clearance of an oral testing device); update on mexico (hopefully some indication of the expected contract size and info on the state of the bureaucratic delays there); strategies/staffing for post FDA positioning in the US workplace markets; new markets in Europe; positioning for new Australian sports policy etc, etc
