Didn't RIO come out babbling about about costs blow outs and realised FX losses just before it's s/p went ballistic.? Doesn't always make sense but may just remind people that Oxiana is still undervalued in the eyes of many regardless. Haven't held for a while but a real nice stock. Maybe just needed to be put back on the radar.
