I think it is overvalued. Any products are 5-7 yrs away at the earliest and there will be many dilutions on the road ahead. It is usually the case that no or little value is attached to preclinical candidates because the failure rate in Phase I trials is so high. Also it is a burns experiment and the mouse is known to be a poor model for human predictions. It should definitely trade a lot lower in the short to mid-term.
