The FDA requires 20 patients but the EU is less stringent on the numbers imo. They want to see safety etc and the company might be able to get the CE earlier than some may think. OSL have already proved the product ticks the boxes imo and management have been holding their hands for a long time to reach this point. There is clearly off screen buyers that come in and hoover this up at times. Meaningful volume buyers will need to get set at these lower prices now. If i was looking for numbers, this is the time to start the accumulation and perhaps we are seeing some of that. I wont get the exact timing right, but i have also started to buy down here for the inevitable re-rate into next year. My plan is to have 1m shares pre CE mark because the stock will roar at that point. It must be worth a multiple of the current price at that point, so enjoy the ride when it turns up. dyor
