agm increase directors fees by 95k, page-32

OK people, let's just set a few things straight.

Firstly, this proposed increase doesn't ( as i understand it ) apply to Turbo.
These are the non-executive Director fees. They currently will apply to only 1 director who last year only received $17,500.

Which begs the question....why the heck do we need to increase the allowed limit to 155k ?

Second, all the Directors are, in addition to these fees which they may or may not be receiving, being paid 'consultants' fees. So again, why do they want to increase the fees when they are paying them two ways already?

Third, "Key management personnel" salaries increased by 32% last year........32% !!!
    Company secretary increased 14%.
Not bad when they are apparantly sticking to , and I quote, "a cost containment programme implemented in 2003 reducing overheads"

Remind me again how much the company EBIT has increased this last year ( not including share issues) to earn such excess? How about since 2003 ?

Finally, "Non-Executive directors have long been encouraged by the board to hold shares in the company"
really? Is that why one certain director owns the grand total of ZERO fully paid ordinary shares ?
Yes, that's right, the only non-executive director, ie the one who is in line for a monumental pay-rise, does not hold one single fully paid share !

He's got 1.5 million part paid ( ie 1c) but he apparantly hasn't once dipped his toes into the market to show a scerrick of support for his own company.

So, cheer squad, tell me again why I should vote in favour of this highly dubious motion ????
