    I thought about selling my existing holdings
    And participating in the capital raising .
    So I read the prospectus and was put off by the clause that states management can reject your application
    If they think you might be doing something contrary
    To ASX rules.
    Could taking this path of selling existing shares to fund the capital raising be seen as a wash sale?
