I've re-re-read the presentation.
I certainly think you're closer to the mark than i.. perhaps TL was simply referring to possible (bulk) feed ore from Edie Creek.

the first 50m odd did grade 1.7g/t for the 2 holes drilled so far.
clearly we need sustained production first.. and enough ore to keep things going - ensuring we cover costs each month

higher grade ore from other lodes is always welcome though..
