On the negative side, the regional seismic survey has been delayed until March 2008. I guess some of yesterday's selling was from those who wanted to see some progress on the oil / gas program.
On the positive side, Linc is looking at not 1 but 2 trial UCG fields. Does anyone have any thoughts about:
- how long it might take to get a commercial-scale operation up and running
- the potential output
- the potential revenue to Sapex
CSG: "Sapex is selecting sites to drill coreholes to obtain gas content in the coals"
Assuming positive results, how long will it take to develop? Is coal seam gas likely to be the first revenue-generator?
Cheers
