    Great stuff, Day424.. thanks so much!

    For me the real winner is the minimum 5-year term contracts, which we already knew. All the numbers we are getting from management are also very conservative, which is crazy to think about!

    Not sure what will happen today, since it's a Friday, but just watch the slow accumulation come next week... after all it's December already and we're weeks away from great news!!!
