agm increase directors fees by 95k, page-33

i fully support pommie. There is not adequate justification for this increase. It actually makes me a bit angry that the company has a director without his money on the table. The board should 100% support the company or NOT BE THERE. I'd be happy to grant him $95k worth of options exercisable at say 15c or 20c within 12months. I dunno maybe that's rough but something to align the interests with the shareprice. As share holders and not receiving dividends, all we are here for is capital growth. Show us that and we will pay you!
