Whats POH's cut of commercialised revenue from all the breaches? This is the area where i think the case is weak.
The agreement is still in full force so any future revenue from products developed and commercialised, we are still entitled to a cut. Can't see much going ahead after this debacle.
I live in hope that we're awarded substantially more but am staying grounded to accept a very modest amount to avoid cap raising again in the next three years.
