Soar Labs are a subsidiary and hold no voting power. Based on the wording in the notice of meeting do they even need approval? I reckon the friendlies in the top 20 have likely withheld enough stock to ensure it goes through either way.
How much money do you think it took to revalue the Soar coins at 30th June? This is the reason the directors believe they deserve the bonus shares amongst other things.
Also worth noting how they were impossible to contact when the share price 0.1c a few months ago and downplayed the crypto exchange until they had finalised how many shares they were going to issue themselves.
Then you have the directors partner who works as a real estate agent with the guy who is going to create the global property ecosystem, another real estate agent. Another guy who shares the same surname happens to be the CEO of Soarlabs, any relation?
