Resolution 4 (60mil share placement) suggests support will disappear at 10c IMO - those shares are to be placed at 'no less than 80% of VWA share price for 5 days prior to placement', and they have to place them within the next 3 months. At current prices the placement will be between 8 and 10 c.

No indication drilling the additional bores for the regulator has actually commenced, so lets say additional drilling data is submitted to regulator by end of January, and several more weeks until approvals. No tangible news until nearly the end of Q1 18 , which has hurt the SP for months now.

My sentiment hasn't changed, still massive upside but I cannot see how share price wont slip over next few months - the placement will ensure it.

Hopefully LCK are sharp enough to make other placements post flaring.
