An ephemeris lists things like lunar and solar eclipses.
They can be important as are new and full moons.
However they have no bearing on time by degrees as I understand it.
So far we do have amost markets making a high on the new moon on Oct 11.
This is common and certainly suggests danger into about Nov 8 give or take a couple of trading days.
