Focus on the history of repeat capital raisings/consolidations & changes of business into the relevant "hype sector" of the day and ask yourself whether you consider that they have delivered on any of it over a period of some years?

Then form your own judgement & buy if you like. I previously traded this stock and was actually one of the lucky ones, but I learnt quite a lot from it.
