    Nice post @Gipp,

I agree, the difference in Mcap between BAR and CNJ makes BAR a very attractive buy at the moment. The market's effectively valuing BAR's gold assets at $7Mil or so - for 500,000 ounces (BAR's gold resource target described in AGM presentation). And this includes Burbanks with 94,000 ounces JORC 2012 at which Kidman planned to mine 30,000 ounces per year before they directed their attention to lithium (Check their ASX releases 2015/2016).

If our new man Sean Gregory hits the ground running as a mine planner and developer who's task is to get Barra mining, and he can show the market clear plans for BAR moving forwards on its gold (Say conservatively 30,000 ounces/year (the predicted output from Burbanks on its own) x min profit of $300 - $500/ounce for underground mining at $1700/ounce = $9-$15Mil profit/year) then there's clearly the potential for an Mcap many times BAR's current value, based on gold alone.

90% of the posts here on BAR are from investors who are in the company for it's cobalt exposure, and who talk only about its cobalt. But I'm betting that within two years we see around half of the posts discussing Barra's gold prospects/production as well. (So that's a net increase in BAR forum posting, with roughly half talking about gold projects - not a decrease in posts about Mt Thirsty)

    Good luck all,
    Solarbat
