    So Magna "in theory still have 7.4M", the share price has just coincidentally been smashed and is in no way related to them ....

    They are called lenders of last resort and death spirals for a reason

    The SP decline is due to 1 of 3 things:-

    1. HC posters
    2. Poor company peformance
    3. Magna
