Where do you get that confidence from? Isn't it that GL and AS are simply not able to handle this situation?
Why the poor wording again in the AGM agenda? Wasn't it possible to write "we want a 5% payrise for inflation for the current directors and lots of headspace for future appointments" and "we want to issue x millions of options as incentives for old and new employees"?
