Please give me your opinion of the fact, as presented.

The facts are as follows:
There is an energy crisis in Australia, especially Victoria.
The Turnbull government is under pressure to reduce emissions, while still using coal.
We provide a technology where less emissions are given from coal.

The article says (not me) that Australia is facing mounting international pressure to do more to curb carbon emissions in the run-up to the Paris climate summit at the end of the year.

The article is 18 months old, but we still face this problem.
