Currently in a volume accumulation phase - making it a good buy within the 2.9c to 3.4c range. That said, the stops are tight at 2.8c - 2.4c. Might be better to wait for test of 4.9c and pull back to support on the 52EMA. Price is squeezing between change point EMA's / LRG and things are starting to look interesting for a move up. Yet it is entirely possible this sideways shift could continue. Taking in the greater market context and US tax reform vote. We may see bullish December and these patterns play out much sooner than expected.
