At the last AGM there was an informal discussion between a couple of significant shareholders re a takeover should it happen. Based on that discussion I would say there is no way this company will be taken over for anywhere under $10.00. And these persons hold enough shars to certainly make a takeover dificult.
At the end of the day why would they fire sale the company at $4.50 when it is most likely to be worth triple that in 24 months.
