Are you saying that the millions of thinking citizens who have voted Howard in NOT once - but FOUR times - (once despite him pushing a then extremely unpopular policy - the introduction of the GST) are all complete dingbats!! Not capable of a considered opinion! Just voting by rote??

You insult Australia, it's citizens, and above all John Howard, who has done a mighty job of over-seeing unprecedented prosperity in this country.

You harping Howard haters would vote for Dracula if Labor put him up for candicacy. Just because!

Your vicious personal attacks on a basically very decent man, who has worked his g+ts out for you andx your families benefits 24/7, and kept this country extremely stable and prosperous through very torrid and difficult international times, are despicable.

Replace Howard with a lesser incumbent if you wish - but don't insult the millions who saw fit to vote him in, and will do so again this time - despite the best efforts of the ever present left wing media stacked up against him in droves, and the dirty tricks being pulled, e.g. the rigged "worm."

When Rudd reveals his true self, and has to get down to nitty gritty and not rely on babies, cliches and slogans, when Gillard is running the show, when Swann in bumbling with the treasure chest, and when the then blanket all over Australia LAbor Party can let it rip doing absolutely what they like, unchecked, (such as raising the GST rate) - letting the unions run amok, voting down uranium and nuclear energy, etc etc. and avoiding deadly serious issues such as terrorism while they induge themselves drinking chardonay with all the climate change panic merchants and do-gooders, - then let's see what you're all posting this time next year!!
