True, the conductor being tested isn't huge. That said, it's a surface conductor and we have no idea yet on where the mineralisation came from. It's possible there's a steep dipping magma flow (somewhere close by to current drilling) that fingers out to the north east at surface, if the case, than any deeper EM response would be masked by anything above it. Hence, it could be a lot bigger than what the conductor points to. It could also be similar to long where the mineralised channel dips either side of the surface expression.
Point is, we have no idea how tiny or huge this thing is until there's further drilling evidence and DHEM.
