Rincon -"Use it or lose it!", page-139

Out of curiosity what are people thinking for the stage 2/3 timeline? Ive highlighted the ones im looking for opinions on...

stage 1 (funded) - ponds complete,
brine concentrating since April,
plant finished January,
1st product March (100-150t).

stage 2 (funded) - initial ponds complete and pumped this week (surely it cant be much longer), remaining ponds complete by March?
JORC January '18
initial brine finished concentrating september '18?
plant finished to coincide with brine fully concentrated?
So first product from stage 2 end of 2018?

stage 3 will be a different beast altogether. How do people think that will play out?
More land will be needed I presume so more drilling for an upgraded JORC. Regulatory approvals will take longer presumably.
once they have stage 1 complete they will be actively looking for stage 3 funding. Once funding sorted could they order long lead items and get the ponds done by end of 18? Whch would give them 2019 to concentrate the brine and build the plant. So stage 3 commissioning/commercial production early 2020?

Is that feasible? Im thinking the lack of a local community, the close infrastructure and mining friendly salta government will be what makes it move so quick.
