If you compare the MC difference of BYE and OEL i don't think any upside has been factored in at all to OEL current price, at 4.3c you are paying for cash reserves and proven oil in SM71...agree there are a few catalysts over the next 3-4 weeks...if ST224 comes in economical it greatly increases OELs value in ST223 to the immediate south of 224 lease...IMO i think that is what Matt was referring to when describing the importance of ST224 to OEL?
