Very possibly but I don't think Glencore will want to lose their top producer status. Also since it is not in the DRC it will attract world money not just Chinese.I wouldn't be suprised to see a major German car maker take a large stake in CLA either. Anything is possible considering the excellent location and fundamentals. We should actually see a bidding war as everyone will want what we have.
