I dunno.

But if you look at CHK and HAV they have a common problem poor management.

You can have a turd and make it look good people will buy it.

But if you have a decent asset with bad management who are entrenched for too long people will not buy it because it might be a lost cause until said management is removed.

Look at BGS it took a while but once the self serving managment is removed the asset will be worth more.

At the moment this is bottom draw and I won't be supporting any CRs to keep the lights on for crap management.
