TA (real TA, not just squiggly lines on a chart) needs activity to determine the psychology. One of his picks, 1AG for example, spends most of its time not trading at all. And it's biggest trading day is only a touch over 100k. The stock could be the safest stock of its type, I just wouldn't know as there's not enough information for me to work.
