As funny as it’s sounds and no doubt difficult to believe for some, I am a huge fan of the opportunity ahead for FGR. I have been around since back in MRF days and before I stumbled upon HotCopper, I once even gave a presentation on graphene and MRL corporation to a group of peers about 3 years ago. Now as an investment over the last three years its gone pretty good, 3c to a high of 16 if I remember correctly and now at 13:5 so for the long term holders they are still well green.

What gets me really worked up is simple stuff like the numerous predictions of production starting at the mine that date Back a number of years that have still not come to fruition with no coherent explanation and absolutely no accountability from those in charge.

Since those days they have done some pretty impressive stuff with the conversion of graphite to graphene but what of it? After last years ID we were told to expect multiple sales/offtakes within the year, what happened to them?

Trax agreement? They still in the picture? Was meant to be sales and funding any updates on that?

BEST debacle, why did it take so long to come clean about the terms of the deal once the original structure of it became untenable as the share price dropped below option excise price? Secondly does it even exist anymore? Not so much as an update on progress.

That is just some of the examples, I could go on all night but you get the point. All of the above have taken place while we pay directors well above what our peers are, to use Talga as a measuring stick they pay half of what FGR does, their product is a dud but anyone looked at their chart over the last few years?

The perma bulls will call all of the above down ramping but fo4 new holders I suggest your read all the last 3 years of announcements while plotting the projections on a timeline so you are fully informed about wha5 you are getting into.

As a pure risk v reward play the odds are in your favour just the potential upside will continue to be eroded away by continued dilution events until someone grabs this dog by the scruff of the neck and gives it a good shake.
