Wow, what a thread on a sleepy sunday! @Andrew1234 I was actually thinking of posting an apology re yr original criticism "thread has turned into looking at charts to try to predict macro moves " as I may have contributed in this area. FWIW I agree that the strength of the thread has always been several posters ability to propose stocks ... usually small - medium - that have the potential to move and potentally bag!
Bottom line I am NOT one of those stock pickers and have sort of hung around this thread putting the odd TA thought here or there
..... but there is of course no apology necessary as your little rant has manged to "draw out the BIG GUNS." great to see @Anton Chigurh and @Pisces posting here. FWIW they are 2 of very few people on HC whose views I trust implicitly; not saying always right but have followed close enough to trust what they are saying they believe.
@Pisces I have been looking for a forum to say a sincere THANK YOU re your HRL calls. FWIW I am way more exposed to this that I intended because the more I researched it the more I loaded up ... recent CR at 8.5c was icing on cake. (There was a time when you actually got annoyed with my questions on this one but just my way of doing DD! I kept buying under 9c.) And BTW you have actually influenced my entire attitude to buying shares that this thread throws up ... I have dispensed with stops (well almost!!) and decided I will only buy something that I will buy WAY MORE OF if they go down.
@Anton Chigurh I still think is about the smartest guy on HC based on what he has shared. FWIW I actually like the chart of SVM and have it down for buying this week ... dissapointed you mentioned it because sure to generate more interest tomoz...
