On Friday they released an announcement with a proxy form for voting Klaus Eckhof to directorship.
I can't see shareholders opposing this. The price rose from its base at .027 to .031 on $54,000 worth of trades from memory.
Klaus Eckhofs' experience and contacts should add value to this company.
Any more increase in volume will see the price rise again, for a few days at least.
