    Yes I agree and a lot of what appear to be Chinese private companies are just state owned.

    I use a lot of tools and in my experience the chinese tools are crap for the most part, when you put them against a well made tool from say the EU, England and some from the US you can see and feel the difference. Being a lot of companies are state owned they can sell their crap a lot cheaper due to financial assistance whether that is visible or not.
    I have also seen a lot of Chinese guitars and I have to say they are complete crap and most people that buy them replace a lot of parts with better quality but over time the things tend to fall apart and rust and then you have the problem that the Chinese are full on producing illegal copies of famous name guitars but still a lot of money has to be spent replacing the Chinese made equipment.
