Going back to sophisticated investors and upping the placement they already agreed to by 50% exudes confidence by management and for them to agree and cough up the extra cash also shows confidence from investors.
18 mil MC, 4 mil in bank, potential for a world class lithium deposit with JV agreed to share costs of processing plant (the biggest cost to a lithium mine) with neighbouring company, gold tenements, I could go on but you see where im heading with this.
