Yeah sure.. i have a small mortgage, interest rates go up three times we are looking at 8%. please i survived the 18% interest rate! You can continue to pay our increasing rent on our houses and pay my mortgage for me as my property has gone up 100% in the last 12 months.. speaking from WA of course..
