I'm interested to know why the MD is calling shareholders? He is not on the board and if the votes go in Oceanic's favor he will be working alongside those very directors that he so blatantly tried to work against in getting elected.
Very silly move on his part, he should remain neutral like Switzerland and get the other two directors up for removal to do the cold calling as they don't appear to be doing much else...
