Why don't you just say what you really mean, for an astute ex-holder who was lucky enough to get out pre-con above 22c and now waiting patiently to get back in at 10.5c ($1.05)?
Unless the chances of LAMP license being renewed goes below 50% in which case you can have them all and vote yourself as the new CEO post liquidation.
