3.8 PROJECT SCHEDULE The preliminary schedule for the James Bay Lithium Mine project is as follows: 2011-2017 — Preliminary environmental surveys; — Preliminary version of a Pre-Development Agreement (PDA) with the Grand Council of the Crees (Eeyou Istchee), the Cree Regional Authority (the “GCCEI-CRA”), the Cree Nation of Eastmain and Galaxy. 2018 — Completion of feasibility study; — Preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment study to be submitted in spring

2018; — Execution of a Definitive Agreement between the Crees and Galaxy for the operation of the mine.

2019 — Public hearings and approval of the project; — Construction phase.

2020-2040 — Mining operations.
2041 — Restoration/closure phase. 2042 — Post-closure phase.

JB will begin producing in 2020, no need to guess anymore.
