I will say this; if this capital raise is handled poorly and does not contain favourable terms - in light of past, unfavourable CRs - I will be deeply disappointed with management and I believe they will loose the faith of many previously devoted shareholders.

Frankly, it's becoming comical as to the number of CR this year. 6 is the number, and 3 held in the past 4 months. Management must enforce greater capital control measures. Dilution kills shareholder value.

Management should not forget the float of RBO is quite large, and the number of retail investors at play is significant. If they continue to alienate us (not saying they have, yet), they will suffocate and destroy any possible value creation for not only ourselves but themselves.

They've had time to learn from prior CR mistakes; I hope they do not fail once more. As, I am sure for many, this is the final straw.

(Disclosure: I am not jumping to conclusions, and still remain open-minded to a positive outcome - which is entirely possible).
