I'd say 1.5-1.8c looks to be capped range for the remainder of year.
WGL need to release desktop and GPS -time gated pre-XMAS for some sort of potential for it to go north of 2 cents but even then unlikely....

Will be about download numbers and retention targets being hit.
Would like to see what they anticipate / target and some info... Partnerships in 2018 will assist but judging by the action it is very lack luster and market doesn't really care about WGL until it proves itself... Figured there might be some more money coming in but "sophisticated investors" rarely buy on retail?
