Re the options being exercised, if all remaining options expiring in 2017 were exercised using proceeds from sales of shares then in total there would be 830,000 shares sold at around th $3.80. Yes that is a lot of shares (about a days worth). How many of those option holders will need to use the sale of shares for conversion? and how tactfully will they sell (I would assume they would not hammer the price as they are going to convert options to shares). Also how many are held by management and is there a system internally to borrow from the company to convert options, I know there is something setup to purchase shares.
I personally think the selling pressure from options would be negligible against the announcements due out in the next month or two.
