IMO WHE is undervalued, but only in the context of previous estimates of U demand 2010-11. What I see happening now is that public antipathy to everything U is biting the market. 'Gorgon' Brown in the UK is fighting a losing battle trying to get more power stations to replace the decrepid old ones there, and we have yet to hear of popular acceptance of new ones in the US. France, of course, is gung ho because they've been running on U for decades. China will go ahead and build some, but India is backing off - talking about Thorium. These doubts are just now emerging from the U optimism of last year, and IMO will continue to erode prospects for the U market. Personally, I think U is the way to go for serious anti-carbon emissions. But if the people say no, what can you do?
