Commercialisation is a most difficult process and the difficulties are often seriously underestimated.
Maybe when Joe gave that speech about Alan Studley and he said he'd resented and resisted AS' strategy until he realised how necessary it wasm he was not just recognising AS, but the importance of the strategy.
I'd say Joe has been on the Road to Damascus with this lot and he now knows what is a professional strategy and what is delusional.
